This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like free wi-fi, luggage storage, and a spa & wellness center. The super nice team, guiding me on directions during my first stay. Highly recommend trying their breakfast! I'm coming back for a new year.

Place was excellent value and well priced, appreciated the stay.
The location was decent for traveling around Zermatt, so close to train station, super market, restaurants and two out of three main Zermatt ski lifts and super close to the free ski bus station. The staff were ready to help and kept it all clean.

Really good staff service made for a warm atmosphere.
I was disappointed with the sauna area due to the lack of hygiene and regulations. During my two-day stay, I noticed many guests not following basic showering rules before entering. This really compromised the overall experience, and I worry about the maintenance of the facilities if this behavior continues.

The hotel is very conveniently located and comfortable. The only thing missing is a lounge/Bar

We didn't have time, so that's why we would stay there again. Had very good stay during Christmas vacation. The breakfast was great with fruit, the usual cereals, yogurts to choose from.

Absolutely mediocre in every sense. I expected an upgrade for my discomfort but was just met with loud neighbors and a shower that blasted water like a firehose. I almost gave a good review, but then I recalled the dim lighting and pillow situation, definitley not fitting for a high-end hotel.

The price is quite high, but for Zermatt it's actually seems to be cheap.

Location is excellent, just a six-minute walk from the train station. The breakfast could use more variety.

Close to the train station and the supermarket migros. Nice staff at breakfast room and reception.
Could not enjoy the view of Matterhorn from the balcony although it faces south; the view is somehow blocked by a tall tree, and a building in the front. Not hot enough water in the shower.

The hotel staff was very unintrusive. Being that I was traveling alone, I did not want a lot of fanfare; just a comfortable place to lodge. The hotel location was great - on a side street next to practical stops like Migros grocery store.
I wish I had a view of the Matterhorn.

The hotel has a great sauna and steam room to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, breakfast could use a bit more variety to make it awesome 😊

The breakfast buffet was well rounded in selection and tasty :-) The sauna facility was clean and relaxing...quite modern (unlike the rooms)
I was disappointed with the slightly "aged" decor/feel of the room. This hotel would be perfect if their furnishings were upgraded out of the 80's. It felt like I was staying at an older aunt's house :-) Very clean though!

Good location(close to the main street and Migros), good breakfast and good value for money as we got a room with a balcony at half price.
